Furthermore, many professor and pupils are saved with this decision from the possible risks of the weather. Especially, the most benefited are who attend to educational centers in red alert areas. On the other hand, some schools that are not in dangerous places, this will open its doors to according to, (Matamoros, 2024) “food and electricity services will be provided in educational centers that are not in red alert areas”. In a nutshell, this is going to be a great a vital opportunity to have the fundamental needs for those who have been high affected in their homes.
As shown above, it was regrettable the weather is hitting very hard so much to cancel the face-to-face classes but the quicks actions of the Ministry of education were necessary to offer help and try to follow the normality of the process. Therefore, I totally agree to continue the education in a virtual way like in the pandemic season first because we have to take care of the security of the protagonists of the educational process (teachers and students) and second is not acceptable to stop the teaching of them.

In fact, this decision was taken by Diego Miranda the new Major of San José. According to him, “this activity has become an event that produces a million- dollar deficit for municipal coffers” so we will not see this tradition at least until he leaves his job.
Without a doubt, Miranda tries to invest that money a better thing to all Costa Ricas’ population. Therefore, I agree with that because he said he is going to create better and healthier activities for all people including children. In this case, I did not like the irresponsible use of horses so I like this elimination. On the other hand, there are some people who wants take back “el tope” and criticized the major but let’s have confidence in him he is trying to do the best for the country.
